Attention Getters Design, Inc. utilizes the secure payment processing services of PayPal, thereby ensuring that your credit card transaction is conducted safely within PayPal's domain. This means that NO CREDIT CARD NUMBERS ARE STORED ON OUR SERVERS. Up until the point that you are ready to pay for your order, you are within Attention Getters Design, Inc. domain, but upon entering the payment phase of checkout, the information you enter is encrypted and processed solely by PayPal.
All of our orders are processed Monday through Friday, without graphics, 1 to 2 business days of placement, depending on our order volume. Ordering graphic design services can take up to an additional 3-5 business days. Our standard shipping mode is UPS Ground, though you may specify other modes at checkout. If you have special shipping requirements, please e-mail or phone us toll-free at 888-284-3883.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 619-441-8901 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the
product. A 15% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. This does not include any custom printed graphics.
The Wave Pop Up frames, Ready Pop Fabric frames, SilverStep Retractable Banner stands, and Portable Roll Up stands carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defect. All graphics carry a 3 months to 1 year limited warranty. All other products carry a 1 year limited warranty. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.
Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to its printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approval must be received by 3 PM Pacific Time for that business day to count, or else approval date will be following business day.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Attention Getters Design, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the
performance of the products, even if Attention Getters Design, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
When placing an order with Attention Getters Design, Inc. the customer agrees to the terms of our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Attention Getters Design, Inc.'s limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Attention Getters Design, Inc. harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Attention Getters Design, Inc. does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Attention Getters Design, Inc. is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis- or re-directed products, or any other circumstances out of Attention Getters Design, Inc.'s control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Attention Getters Design, Inc. discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.
In the event that an Attention Getters Design, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Attention Getters Design, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. Attention Getters Design, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
